Even as a child, Alex Paolella started preparing for his career. “When I was little, I already knew I was into sales, as I wanted to be a small business owner,” he explains. With vast prior experience working in highly demanding, fast paced positions such as being a territory sales manager, and at Colgate in supply chain management, Alex has mastered moving quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. Always being prepared is his number one mantra he lives by, both in and out of the workplace.
